They will be notified during a specific transition of the workflow: In this kind of picklist, it is totally useless to see the “inactive” or “deleted” PLM users. But, as we have only one picklist “Users, ALL by Name”, we are forced to use it even if the parameters are not adapted for this usage. ==> In that case, we need to use the users picklist WITHOUT “inactive” and “deleted” users. THere are lot of cases where this kind of picklist will be useful. 2/ The tab “Actions Notifications” was very important and the fix that we have can be improved if Autodesk provides a picklist of PLM Groups (3 picklists will be good with a parameter like "contains" and a free text to filter groups we want to have in the picklist). We only have a picklist of the PLM users but if Autodesk can provide a picklist with the PLM groups it will be very useful. Like this we can send notifications to all users inside a group by selecting only the group instead of selecting all the users in the group, one by one. 3/ The picklist “Users, ALL by Name” shows users in the following format: “Last Name, First Name” and the fields: “Created By”, “Last Modified By”, “Owner” and “Additional Owners” of the section “Owner and Change Summary” shows users in the opposite format “First Name, Last Name”. Doing reports becomes difficult because of the format which is different depending on the field.
